  Disappointed, went in to get a simple ball park figure of some work I needed done. Wouldn't even give me a worst case scenario price, and continued to speak about parts of the vehicle that would need fixing that had nothing to do with what I asked about in the first place and without asking to take a quick look.   As a hardcore 4x4er, i need a reliable mechanic to make sure my car is up to scratch and flawless for my next adventure. They always get what needs to be done properly and efficiently, i am always impressed by the care taken in looking after my car while it stays in the shop for the bigger jobs. Brians always happy to have a chat and is a very patient resourceful man that keeps up his calm attitude and always has a fix for any problem i encounter. Definetely a strong recommendation. Cheers guys!

  There was also no work done whatsoever to repair the issue with the brake pads, which consequently caused further issues. I don't believe they were even looked at despite being put on the invoice as they were still as noisy as ever.

  Really disappointed. Took the car in for a regular service and SPECIFICALLY asked for the brake pads to be looked at as well because they were squeaking constantly.

  I have since taken my car to another mechanic, only to be told that my last service was clearly not done thoroughly as my spark plugs had not been replaced despite being desperately required and my car had essentially been running on one less cylinder than it should be!

  We had a problem with our car and Brian and his staff were most helpful, not only fixing it but also taking the time to explain what to check and take care of in the future.

  After reading the invoice, realised they had changed the wiper blade arms ($90) which were faultless to begin with but let that go.

  I've been taking my Toyota Prado into Brian for the last 4 years. He was recommended by several people I work with who have 4x4 and so far so good.
