  Layout not particularly intuitive there weren't a lot of staff on hand to assist however there was one staff member who was spot on with his assessment of what we needed so all in all a 3 because it was a satisfactory experience.

  Officeworks might be a hard to reach location, but has always been worth the trip. I've been able to find many things for the home and the office here, especially a new monitor for home at a cheaper price than the local computer shops.

  Max, a store manager, is an absolute star in helping me to buy a tablet and the IT guy went above and beyond my expectation.

  So.. Officeworks say "Lowest Prices" and they say they "Price Match". Well NO THEY DON'T! Just went in to buy a Netgear router that is advertised at Harvey Norman for $288, Officeworks have them for $349. At the cashier they said, sorry, we don't price match clearance items. SO YOU DON'T PRICE MATCH! Harvey Norman have them in stock priced at $288, you won't sell the same product for "matched price of $288" ergo, YOU DON'T PRICE MATCH! Only went into Officeworks as Harvey Norman was already closed. Will just go to Harvey Norman tomorrow and never back to the rude service of Officeworks that DO NOT PRICE MATCH!

  Love this place everything has matching colours and beautiful diarys also lovely books to write your private thoughts and customer service is great only 4 stars because i spend too much money there
