    Waiting for it whole day at home. Didnt come and left it in post office.... no card, no message, or no bell.

    Terrible phone service, have been on hold now for over 2 hours on a Friday afternoon, I live remote, they would not deliver to my PO BOX as it is not a 'home address', but they do not cater for delivery to PO BOXes either? NO IDEA how long the shop front is open for in Darwin as the business hours are not listed, there are no contact details so that I can speak directly to the branch or a local, the hold music sux and I now have my phone plugged in to charge - it has been that long. No wonder AusPost are going bust, the service SUCKS! Only 1 Star because they don't cater for NONE!

    Door to door delivery? Nope. Just hanging around city and leave them all at the post office and say "Receiver not availble"

    2 parcels within 2 weeks just left at Post Office. Internet message on first was unable to deliver. Not known at address. Considering we live in an industrial area with a mailbox clearly numbered and we were home both times this is very poor service. Drivers clearly are not up to the job.
