  I had a pleasant 5-year stay in a premise managed mainly but not only by Charlotte Foley from Ray White Stuart Highway team. All those property managers and in particular Charlotte did a great job, and the hand-over process between managers was also well announced and smoothly executed. She was always ready and quick to assist us with fixes and repairs required for the place. She was also very collaborative once we asked for the rent to be reassessed and rescaled according to the market average. Overall we had a descent experience dealing with this fantastic team.

  Kate Nolan from Ray White is "The 5-Gold-Star-with -Diamond-Studs" standard in Property Management in Darwin. Very efficient, highly effective and great communicator. Very impressed with how she managed the exit and new in-going tenant process for our two properties. Will be very happy to have Kate manage our other properties when they become vacant in the future. Keep up the good work Kate and Ray White - don't let her leave!!!
